1. About Me

 

I am a qualified and registered counsellor offering person-centred counselling services. My practice is trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

 

2. Services

 

All services are subject to availability and suitability following an initial assessment. Sessions are confidential within the limits of legal and ethical requirements.

 

3. Appointments & Cancellations

 

Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.

 

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

 

In emergencies or illness, flexibility will be offered where possible.

 

 

4. Fees & Payment

 

Fees will be agreed upon prior to starting counselling. Payment is due before or at the time of each session unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Confidentiality

 

All sessions are confidential except in cases where:

 

There is a risk of serious harm to you or others

 

There is a legal obligation to disclose

 

You give written consent for information to be shared
